FINANCE MANAGER
(Libya – Tripoli)

Qualifications
We are an international construction company and seeking Finance Manager for our Libya Head Office organization.
-        Have a relevant university degree,
-        Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
-        Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, good knowledge of LOGO Software programme,
-         Fluency in written and spoken English,
-        Extensive knowledge of contemporary fiscal and financial management techniques  ,
-        Completes complex financial tasks,
-        Capable of evaluating economic movements, social developments and political conjuncture.
-        Capable to work under pressure and to respect due times.

Job Description
-         Advises management on financial resources, trends, and the results of operations.
-         Manages all combination of financial operations: controlling, budgeting, treasury, payroll, tax or management accounting.
-         Examines and analyses accounting records to determine financial status of the company.
-         Prepares reports for management, reporting financial conditions, detailing the source and application of funds.
-         Communicates with tax specialists, lawyers, auditors to ensure legal compliance, at a minimum cost to the company.
-         Follows developments in the current Libyan and International accounting standards, in statistics, in business law, in tax regulation, and in issues concerning environmental standards.
-         Controls the finance cost at reasonable level. Forward his/her suggestions to the General Manager.
